User profile – about and posts tabs

    In users profile under the ‘About’ tab, no matter what I write or whatever changes I make, the sad face smiley keeps showing up until it is turned off! That’s weird because even after adding profile photo, header image and writing a short intro, it still say, ‘your profile looks empty’.

    How to fix the aforementioned issue?

    Second problem is that under the ‘posts’ tab, is there a way to show the posts in a neat grid format instead of a list?

    You need to add fields to the profile form. Then you need to complete at least one field in edit mode for fields to show on profile. Please try that and let us know how you get on.

    At the moment there is no grid option but we’ll consider this in future if enough people request it 🙂
