User Profiles for Clients

Hi I run a kite surfing school and what I would like to do is:

Create a profile for each new client with notes about how their lessons are going, containing pictures and contact info etc.

Once I have created it I would then like them to be able to log on and see it.

Can I do this, for free? Thankyou.
