Hi @bstacy441,
Can you please do a conflict test on the theme first and then plugins and see if it is caused by a conflict. You can click the link for directions on the plugin/theme conflict test:
http://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test
Thanks.
Will do and get back to you.
Thank you

Hello,
Followed all the steps in that document and the issue persists.
Thanks

Hello,
Since I was just starting the site, I blew it all away and started over. It seems to be working now.
Initially my setup was: domain.org/folder/wpfiles
Thinking that maybe the plugin didn’t like the site being set up like that I went with all the defaults so that now it is domain.org/wpfiles
Thanks for letting us know.
Should this structure have caused an issue with the installation?
Lat question unanswered, but it is working with the new structure.
Have more or less the same issue. Love UM BTW and it works fine until I activate ‘The Events Calendar’ plugin or ‘Events Manager’. As soon as I do the User page seems to become invisible to the menu or system.
