User Profiles – Pre Purchase Question

    Quick question here, this plugin seems to fit our needs but just to make sure of its capabilities.
    We currently have our site setup that a user registers using an extended registration form “gravity forms”. Then when they have verified and confirmed their address they are able to access their details through “Woocommerce MyAccount” and then complete a detailed multi page profile form.
    Our biggest issue with this configuration is that if an admin accesses that users information on the worpress backend, they are unable to make any changes without completing all the fields.

    Will we be able to use this plugin to provide the same functionality and gather the same customer info using this plugin and can we integrate our Gravity forms or do we need to construct new multi page forms within the plugin?

    Appreciate any info or feedback on this matter.

    Hi jeroen,

    There is currently no integration with Gravity forms in our plugin. For the registration, you will need to make use of our built-in registration form. Furthermore, our plugin does not sync with WooCommerce in the way you seem to be describing (i.e. automatically filling in details in the WooCommerce MyAccount). What our WooCommerce integration does is, if you have a WooCommerce checkout form on your site, and you’re logged in to our plugin, then the checkout fields will be pre-filled in with the profile information from our plugin.
