User Ratings Does Not Work

Hello,

I have ticked the correct box in the settings but users can not review the products. The sliders appear to be disabled. if you follow the address below you will see what I mean. the plugin lets the user post comments but it does not let the user rate the product.

Also could you please tell me how to remove the URL field when a user submits a comment?
