    How can I change it to only credit the money to the user when the order from the referral is completed and I(admin) approve the referel bonus only.

    You know there are many fake sign up for reffer bonus, How to prevent them?
    Can referel bonus credit based on Cookies, Ip ?

    @emoncht Referral bonus only credited if the user placed a completed order also you can define minimum order value in referral action settings.
