User Registration does not send password

Since I installed this application, all new user registrations, or even if I go into the backend and create a new user and select send password the email just contains this:

Username: jkellerernnu To set your password, visit the following address: https://ljsbeta.learnjazzstandards.com/ljslogin

It just takes the user to the login page, it does not give them a link to set up their password. The only way a user can set up their password after registering for the site is by hitting forgot password.
