User registration system with content control

Hello,

I need to implement a site registration system, presenting specific content to registered users.

This is the breakdown:

1. Site visitor is presented with a Login/Registration form;
2. Once registered and logged-in, the site visitor is presented with special content (say – PDF brochure download);
3. On the Admin side, the site’s administrator needs to be able to (a) View and edit registered users – CRM style: View user details, delete a user, edit user permission level (nice to have); and (b) Create specific page(s) for logged in users, presenting them with special content (e.g. PDF download).

Can anyone point me to a plugin (or combination of plugins) which can accomplish the above (front-end user handling and backend administration)?
