User Resources Maxed Out

    Hi,

    I tried this plugin around five minutes ago, and set it to check the links, even though this was a beta feature.

    It maxed out all of my user resources within one minute and now I’ve had to get my hosting provider involved.

    They confirmed that my resources had dropped, and they fixed it for me.

    Any idea why External Links hogs my resources?

    Hi,
    Please post your site URL so we can check on our link scanner log what happened. Perhaps the scanning was done too fast for the server to keep up.

    Lol @ scanning was done too fast for the server to keep up.

    Just tried it again and NEARLY the same thing happened, but I managed to delete it from my cpanel before more damage was done.

    I always used to use this plugin previous to these new improvements being added.

    Looks like I’ll need to find a new external links indicator.
