User restrictions without using restrictions

Hello,
In my site I’m using this plugin only to restrict 5 sites that allow access to a question/contact form. That one works ok, but the plugin is blocking 5 answer sites as well! They show the warning that is supposed to be shown for posts that are restricted (non posts like that are on my page) and in “pages” status is shown “access: Full access”. The pages with contact forms show different warning that is meant for contact forms.
The only thing that’s common in both pages are widgets with extra info that show up on sidebar.

Also groups do not update – if I remove “Role affiliation” and update, next time I open the page, all the removed affiliations are still there.
Using: 1.2.5.0 wordpress 3.5 (or should I just update to higher wordpress version..?)

Please fix it soon, I don’t want to search for a new plugin :/
