Hi @flipper1960,
Thanks for your message.
Did you try the Recipient shortcodes (as opposed to the User shortcodes) for this notification?

Hello
Thanks for your reaction/answer.
I (ADMIN) changed the role for USER “John” in user settings.
In my email for the admin I placed the following lines:
Dear Admin
The role for the following user has changed: (translated from Dutch)
Recipient User Login: [email_user_login]
Recipient User Nicename: [email_user_nicename]
Recipient User Email: [email_user_email]
Recipient User URL: [email_user_url]
Recipient User Registered: [email_user_registered]
Recipient Display Name: [email_user_display_name]
Recipient User Firstname: [email_user_firstname]
Recipient User Lastname: [email_user_lastname]
Recipient Nickname: [email_user_nickname]
Recipient User Description: [email_user_description]
[email_user_login]
[email_user_email]
[email_user_firstname]
[email_user_lastname]
Then in the recieved email to the admin it shows this:
Beste Admin
De rol voor de volgende gebruiker is gewijzigd:
Recipient User Login: fmp_beheer
Recipient User Nicename: admin
Recipient User Email: [email protected]
Recipient User URL: http://www.fmparfumverkopen.nl
Recipient User Registered: 2019-09-05 19:42:58
Recipient Display Name: Henri
Recipient User Firstname: Henri
Recipient User Lastname: Dolfing
Recipient Nickname: Henri
Recipient User Description:
fmp_beheer
[email protected]
Henri
Dolfing
But these are MY details (Henri = Admin). Is this because I myself changed the role of the user as a admin(I initiated the action myself)?
Perhaps I am asking something that will/does not work?
Thanks in advance
Henri (the Admin ;-))
