User role control – Need advice

We would like to know if we can leverage your solution for the following:

We are completing a membership website which has 2 sections:
– Multivendor Marketplace
– WP Job Market.

Different membership levels will be allowed to different things, for example:
– Membership X can set up a store in the marketplace
– Membership Y can publish 3 jobs a month
– Membership Z can publish 5 jobs a month and feature 2

Managing Multivendor Marketplace Membership is very complex, but luckily the vendor for the multivendor marketplace already provides a mature membership addon.

We would like to add a customized addon to the Multivendor Marketplace Membership to manage membership for the section powered by the WP Job Manager. We have already completed the extension addon to create membership roles and accept membership payments for the WP Job Manager section.

Can we hook this extension to PublishPress Capabilities to manage user capabilities when they are using WP Job Manager?

Or is there a better way to achieve this function?
