• A few day ago an user claims that he is sent to a limited administration, that means the redirection dependent on user role doesn’t function anymore.
I used All in One Security plugin 4.4.2 to put the site into Maintenance Mode.
The users can login anyway even it’s not user role “administrator”.
The Maintenance Mode is shown only when I user is looking at the site without login…
As far as I see only administrators should be capable to login while in Maintenance Mode.
For me it looks that there is a problem with recognizing and handling user roles.
This happens to all my 7 sites…

WordPress doesn’t provide such a feature.

What is the name of the plugin you are using for this?

But that was only where the problem was detected…
I just wondered then why the user role is not handled properly in “All in One Security” plugin to prevent users (subscribers) to login when in Maintenance Mode…
This seems a user role handling issue
