user role problem

Dear Support,

I user the Pro Version.
I have create a use rrole like woman. Then i create a register form.
The registration is working perfect. And in admina area Useres I can see the registration with the role woman. But when I now approve the woman it will not create in wp_usermeta the entrie role = woman.
als I miss this entrie:
umeta_id = xxx
user_id = xxx
meta_key = role
meta_value = woman

This entrie is for me important.

Her I need support.
