User role selector

Hi. I have been trying to add a user role select dropdown to the register form through the theme-my-login-custom.php and register-form.php .

My php isn’t brilliant and I’ve searched everywhere for the code and had a stab but my attempts keep breaking the plugin.

Any ideas would be most welcome.
