User role sign ups

    Is there a way to have the sign up form set to sign up members to a particular role type. For example, if I have a “site member” role and all the other roles are associated with back end users. How do I ensure that sign up are always set to “site member” as the role?

    The plugin uses the site’s default role for sign ups. This is a core WP setting under Settings > General > “New User Default Role”. Set that to whatever you’d like and all new sign ups will get that role.
