    Hi,

    I have the same question discussed in this topic and you asked this:

    Does the user need to be able to customize the export at all? Or would it be ok for them to simply run a pre-configured export?

    I need a way for the user to just run a pre-configured export. How can I do this?

    Hi @rafawhs

    As of now, the only way grant access to WP All Export for a different user role is to give the “manage_options” capability to the role. However, please keep the warning from the other thread in mind – with access to the Function Editor, the user can run any PHP code on your site, so you should only grant access to individuals that you fully trust.

    We’re working on adding a “Client Mode” for a future version that will allow you to grant non-admin users access without this capability – keep an eye out on our blog, we’ll announce it there once it’s ready.
