User Roles

Hi,

I have created user roles as Job Seeker, Advertiser and Employer. Users must select (required) a role from this list when they register. Whatever they select the plugin assigns the Subscriber role to all users which is the default WordPress role. The setting for anyone can register has been ticked.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
