Sorry? Keymaster? There’s no such role in WordPress by default.

It’s the role with complete access
Quite a few of those roles do not exist in WordPress by default. Are you using a custom role plugin?

Looked through the plugin list..no plugin related to user roles.
In that case, I can only assume these additional roles have been added by your theme. What theme are you using? Where did you download it from?

That theme does not add any custom roles as WPORG hosted themes are not allowed to do so (it’s strictly plugin territory).
Are you using a forum plugin?
I have the same setup as you do @akaii, Keymaster is a custom changed name for Super Administrator. If you are on a multi-site network it controls all the WordPress installations and over the adminstrators.
Administrators however can only control one WordPress installation. Such as me on two of my web network setups, I am both a Keymaster and administrator.
Hope that helps. By the way a keymaster is a reference to a Ghostbusters scene I believe. Someone with Ghost Busters terminology that assigned this on WordPress needs to find a new hobby. 😀
