User session is mixing up

    My site has over 100 registered UM Member, the problem is some of them reported that sometimes they’re logged on as someone else. anyone know what may have cause this? Thank you.

    Hi @bleepbloop12,

    What version of the Ultimate member plugin you have installed on your site?
    Do you have any caching plugin or server side caching active on your server?
    Please make sure to update Ultimate member to the latest 2.0.39 version and exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.
    You can also do a quick conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
