Could you please go to your Log and mark the wrong records as “NOT Spam”? Then our system will analyze them and we will try to find the reason why it’s happening.

Please, check users for spam here:
WordPress Admin Page —> Users —> Check for spam

And disable user registration in your website backend using this guide:

Please, do the following:
WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Antispam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “WooCommerce checkout form” to “Yes” —> Save Changes.

This should solve the problem. Tell us when you do it, we will check your website once again.
