User specific content for subscription product

    Could ‘User specific content’ be used for a monthly paid subscription product, where each month / biweekly a new current training program is released to each subscriber?
    I’d also like to advice of new program through an e-mail. And also publish the same content to an App.

    Is this a suitable plugin for the use?
