User Submitted Courses?

    Is there some sort of plugin or implementation that allows users to submit courses? Perhaps through a form or something?

    I need a mechanism for users to make these kinds of submissions while administrators approve the courses so that the credits are counted?

    I’m afraid we don’t have anything that can do this. I haven’t seen any plugins that allow submission of third-party, offline training for credit either. We have had requests for this kind of system a few times, but so far it hasn’t progressed past a discussion.
