Glad to help:
1) It sounds like the shortcode/form is wrapped with code or pre tags. Solution: view the page with plain-text editor so you can see any HTML tags. Then remove any that you find, like pre, code, etc.
2) The plugin does not currently support this.
3) Plugin supports only image files at this time.
I hope this helps. Feel free to post again with any further questions, feedback, etc.
Thank you very much for the prompt reply.
I’ve removed pre tags and the form is properly aligned now.
I am getting an error that “Error: Correct captcha required” when submitting the post form.
I have enabled captcha in the plugin setting. but the captcha is not visible on the form.
can you please help me with this issue?
It sounds like there is some conflict with another plugin or script. Best advice would be to do some basic troubleshooting. I would be glad to provide a guide if it will be useful for you.
Thank you very much.
I’ve removed the setting for captcha while I debug.
I am now able to submit a post.
I’ve also created a new custom field called ” post a link”.
But I can’t see the custom field value displayed in the WS editor when I log in as admin and edit the post and neither the bottom of the “user submitted post info” display custom field value.
can you please help me with this?
Do you find the custom field attached to the post in the “Custom Fields” meta box on the “Edit Post” screen?
When I edit a post, the WS editor not showing right-side options at all.
so I can’t see the “Custom Fields” meta box on the “Edit Post” screen.
I’m not sure about the “WS editor”, but if you use the Classic Editor you can enable the custom fields box via the “Help” tab in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Or if using Gutenberg Block Editor, you can follow this quick guide to view the custom fields.
For anything else, like the “WS editor” or whatever, you will need to contact the provider of the plugin/theme that you are using (whatever it is that is adding the WS editor).
