    Can you try deactivating all your other plugins one by one please to see if there’s a conflict? And try switching to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty.

    I disabled all without digital acces pass and user switching and it was the same.

    is there any requirement for the plugin to work? so i can ask to digital acces pass developer?

    dAP is a membership plugin and this is where i want to debug how the users see the platform

    There’s no requirements, no. I would ask the DAP author to take a look.
