Hey @sirrahikkala,
The premium version that syncs e-commerce data, can sync the data only to 1 MailChimp Audience/List. You can decide to sync all roles or just 1 but it would only be synced to 1 Audience.
Ah thats too bad. I recommend to add this feature to your premium version since it would benefit bigger e-commerce shops too. Now you are narrowing your sales to small businesses. Have a nice spring.

It’s a limitation in Mailchimp, you can connect a store only to 1 audience.
I wouldn’t recommend using audiences that way anyway because each audience needs it’s own opt-in and contacts will be counted double towards your total contacts if they are in multiple audiences.
Instead I would use interest groups and tags to segment an audience. And it is possible with our plugins to set an interest group per user role within an audience.
Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please let me know!
But then again we have thousands different users in different roles which are necessary to woocommerce and wordpress restrictions, discounts and such… As long as we cannot take all different roles/groups to mailchimp, the tagging wont help.

As I said, it’s possible to segment by interest group in Mailchimp and it’s possible to set an interest group per user role with MC4WP Premium. Isn’t that what you’re asking for?
Kind regards,
