I’m new to wordpress, i just put the this plugin and make sure customer can create ticketing, but after that how to make my customer check his ticketing status he just send to us on his profile or page? can i make it visible to him? please help me..

Thanks for contacting us.

Please create a new page for support and use shortcode [supportcandy]. This will allow users to create new ticket, open tickets and reply to the tickets.
