User Unique ID upon Registration

Hello, I need to make a database for students. To send their info, photo, and certificates so as to participate in the exams of the school.

I need each student to have a unique ID that will be stored in the database in the appropriate field.

I found a registration plugin that generates unique IDs upon user registration “RegistrationMagic”.

My question is. Will I be able to use RegistrationMagic so as the student to register, get his unique ID. And then proceed to Participants Database sign up using the RegistrationMagic Credentials and fill the fields with the data needed?

Or the sign-up of the Participants Database can do that? Create unique IDs
