User updated progress bar

Hi,

I’ve searched for a plugin for this but I can’t seem to find one. I’m trying to get a progress bar to update as users submit additional data using a forum located under the progress bar with a numeric value, like this example:

– progress bar on 37% of 100%
– user submits forum with 1%
– progress bar updates to 38%

I’m using the theme Impreza paired with Visual Composer but this function doesn’t exist so I’ll be doing it myself. Is this possible to do by using the code that’s entered from Visual Composer and pairing it with a comment form or something?
Ideally, I’d also like the user submitted forms to show names/comments/amount submitted after the form is sent. I’d also like it to prevent people from entering twice.
