{user_password_setup_link} email link invalid

Hello,

When creating a User Registration notification, by default it includes a link to set your password with a temporary key using {user_password_setup_link}. When clicking on the link in the email, the password reset page shows an error message “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.” It suggests the key is invalid.
