    Hi,

    I wanted to put the username of the user into my top email’s template like this:

    Hi {user_login},

    But it seems not functional.
    How to do that?

    Hi @stefhanwp,

    you may only use the merge tags you can see in the sidebar of the notification edit screen.

    I guess you want to personalize the email which is triggered by the no-user-aware-context trigger, like “post published” sent to all subscribers.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment due to the plugin architecture.
