if yes, then there are places you can look in the database in your webhosting account that might help with figuring out the source of the difficulty.
what is the name of the company that is providing webhosting services for your website?
NOTE: the username and password for using this support forum is not the same as the username and password for your WordPress administrative dashboard

The username for the WordPress administrative dashboard is different but when I try to log into WordPress it says there is not a username with that account.
I cannot get onto the webhosting account, it says “interactn.org is currently unable to handle this request.”

*Is there someone in your organization that does have login access to the (Wiley.com?) webhosting account?
*To start troubleshooting and fixing the problem(s), the place to start is with the webhosting account and the database.
*No I do not have access to the admin site where I upload the cases to WordPress.
What do you mean by webhosting account? The problem we are experiencing is that our website cannot be reached at all, including the admin side where I add information to WordPress, and there is no longer a record of our account with WordPress when I try to log in.

*All of the files related to your website (themes, plugins, images, documents etc) is stored in your webhosting account in the file manager area and all of the content related to your website (pages, posts, settings etc.) is stored in the database area of your webhosting account.
*ww.wp.xz.cn offers software which you have installed in your webhosting account. ww.wp.xz.cn does not offer webhosting accounts.
*I suspect there might be some issue that needs to be looked into in your webhosting account files, settings, permissions or database that is impacting your ability to use and update your website.

*Among other things available in the database that connected to your website, you will be able to view and modify (if necessary) all of the users details.
Example: If a user has been removed, then you can take steps to replace the user.
*If other issues are happening in the webhosting account — you will be able to start troubleshooting those too.
