Username Field Validation Error

    I have used the default Username field for my registration form, but it seems the validation is not working correctly on the default Username field.

    I had a user who tried to register as “Narratives,” but they got an error stating the username had invalid characters. (“This username is invalid because it uses illegal characters. Please enter a valid username.“) I created a username for them, “narratives,” (lowercase ‘n’) with no issues.

    Can you please change the username field validation to allow capital letters to be submitted?

    Hey there,

    I’ve tested this on my WP Instance and I was able to successfully register a user that has Capital letters in the Username (for example the username “Testt”).

    ​To investigate why you encounter this issue:
    ​
    ​Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Profile Builder (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?
