    Please confirm that the email source may be the email is not from the new user approve and also kindly share a screenshot of the email that you received on approval.

    (notice the space between ‘test’ and ‘cb’)

    Hi @sebk99,

    This is not the issue of new user approve at all, We think there must be a plugin in your site that changes the email URL like that, please test your site by deactivating all plugins one by one and test this functionality to catch the actual plugin which causes this issue.
