Username Locked Out

The last month, I have noticed I cannot log into my word press via /wp-admin. I enter the right username and password and it does not work. It does not go to an error screen it just reverts back to the same login screen.

I have also sometimes notice that i get an option to log into my site via wordpress.com (which I do not care for. I just want the usual username/password login)

Things that i have done to look into this….

My computer remembers the last time I logged into my site and used the saved credentials (which are correct… still does not allow me in)

I also logged into MyPHP and into my database and changed the username password to something else and tried that and I still cannot log in… Not sure what is going on…
