Username variable / constant?

Hey is there a way of adding the currently logged in username to the redirected url?

For example I’m using buddypress and i want to redirect a link to the users profile however the url would look like members/USERNAME/profile

How can I add a username variable if any so it detects the currently logged in user and redirect to that url?
