Usernames not captured

    Hello,
    on 2 different domains, Slimstat doesn’t show me the usernames of the users browsing the sites, but only the IP addresses, and even resetting all the settings, updating the plugin, disabling and re enabling it didn’t solve the situation.
    Are you able to help me out please?
