The issue you are reporting has already been replicated. It occurs when you update your plugin from WordPress. You can resolve this by simply following the steps below.
- Deactive your New User Approve Plugin from your website and then delete it.
- Install the plugin from here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/new-user-approve/.
- Active the New Fresh Build of the plugin.
- Deep clean the Cache of your website.
The issue is mainly related to the website’s cache. Try the above steps and let us know if you are still having any problems.

I have this exact issue, happens all the time. I even reinstalled and cleared cache, same issue. Makes the plugin totally useless for us as we need to see User give info to accept users.

Hello. Same issue. Remove and delete version 2.6.4 and uploaded version 3.0.9. All pending, approved and rejected users are gone. Not using cache.
