Users are unsubscribing automatically

    Hi, some users are unsubscribing without actively choosing to do so. 4 subscribers unsubscribed at the same time, we called one of those and she had not unsubscribed. When I helped one of my co-worker, she got a mail at the same time that she had also unsubscribed, there has to be something wrong. Can anyone help me?

    That’s odd! Can you contact us via the help icon in your WordPress admin, you should see a ? bottom right, click that and you’ll be able to send us a direct message so we can further investigate.
