Users being deleted

Everyday we are getting mass deleted accounts, they all have same time stamp as if it was done by someone logged in. We change my password daily for admin and still happens we have all the setting turned off so they cannot delete account but still get deleted.

We are lost its not like 10-20 users all delete their user accounts daily at the same time.

can you please help? feel like page has been hacked.
