Please provide us with a URL to your website, so that we can check what is happening.
I believe i have fixed it, not sure what exactly i changed but I can see the reply/comment section now. For older post I still cannot see the section though.
Are you using a caching plugin, or perhaps maybe your webhost uses caching like varnisch cache?

on our site, unsignedheat.com there is no way users can comment on post. i have everything turned on. im currently using the hueman theme.
