– What version of WP are you running here?
– What exact version of AWPCP? (number, please)
– What browser are you using?
– What happens if you try a different browser?

My wp version is 4.7.2 and latest version of awpcp v3.7.3 works with Woodstock premium theme
I tried this issue in famous browsers and upload image work in Google Chrome and IE but Firefox, Microsoft Edge failed to upload
I install pure wp in localhost with only awpcp plugin but not working yet.

Hmmm. So, when you say this:
I install pure wp in localhost with only awpcp plugin but not working yet.
Did you switch to a default theme as well as just running AWPCP? Something like TwentySixteen? That’s important to test BOTH at the same time. It could be coming from the theme.
Also, does the “drag and drop” work but not the button?

I tried this issue in wp original twenty seventeen theme but not
working again );
some points may help:
1. there isn’t any error in browser console
2.this issue is for Firefox and Edge, It works perfect with chrome and
IE
3.I install a custom language, no deference in result
