Users Cannot Login After Saving Profile

Hi Support

I have a few users that have managed to login, edit and save their user profiles. For some odd reason they are now unable to login to their profiles after a few days. I have tried their login credentials a few times on my side with no joy.

Majority of the other profiles work just fine. I did not allow them to reset their passwords so there is no way that they could have changed it.

any clues?
