Does the Logout page exist?
Yes, the logout page exist.
It was missing a parameter in the permalink. The missing parameter was “action=logout&”.
Is the Logout page the one created by the plugin? Or did you delete it and recreate it?
Same problem here. I had to delete the plugin and re-install v6 due to the changes in version 7 (not happy with that but this is not the place for that discussions).
When I deleted the plugin the login and logout pages were removed as were all my settings.
I installed the previous version and it re-created the Login and Logout pages and I had to go through all my settings again.
But now I cannot logout, either as a user or even as an administrator. The Permalink for this is http://domainname.com/logout/?_wpnonce=35630e8fac
This used to work so I’m not sure if it’s something that was changed when I updated the plugin and it went to version 7 (would have been nice to have some sort of warning regarding the drastic changes and that I would lose all the setups I had, but again, not the place for this discussion).
So how to I fix this so I can logout?
Actually, now I can’t even login. It keeps redirecting me to the home page. The URL is http://domainname.com/login/ but it won’t go there.
I guess I have no choice now but to update to version 7 and lose all the functionality I had before unless I want to subscribe to the page redirection and themed profiles extensions.
I am definitely not happy about this. Please help me to resolve the issues with v6 otherwise I will have to join the others and leave a negative review for this once great plugin.
