• I don’t know why this always happen. Here’s the scenario:

    Product XYZ is currently OOS. A user already has an existing monthly subscription to that product. If the user’s CC that’s in his profile is still good, the renewal will go through without any issue and Stripe will do the appropriate charge.

    If the user’s CC has been maxed out or cancelled or whatever, the order is FAILED and the subscription is ON HOLD. The user then changes his/her CC to a working one. When the user try to initiate the renewal, the user gets “the product is OOS” message.

    The user won’t be able to renew unless I set the product to stock of at least quantity 1or IN STOCK.

    How can I change that so that if the user needs to change his/her CC after a failed renewal, the user is still able to submit a renew regardless of if the product is OOS?
