Users cannot update their profile

Hi,

I am build a multi category directory using your plugin and the Tesseract free theme.

I have had to add several custom made social media links to the registration form(s) as you do not have them all, like Bitcointalk, Reddit, Medium and Discord. The last two you do not have icons for. Anway, these social media was added after some users had registered so I wanted to allow them to update their profiles, but they cannot. The only field they can update is the biography, so to add the social media part or make any changes to other parts of the profile they will have to delete and re-register the account.

The question is obviously, is there a way to allow them to update these fields in their existing profile? I have not been able to find any documentation on how to enable this. Also adding more fields in the future is almost bound to happen, so this is kinda important to know how to do without asking users to delete and re-register.

I need to use some of the extension plugins in the future, but will not continue with this plugin if it has these shortcomings as it will be unsuitable for use as a directory.
