users can’t edit their own posts after admin

Hello,
Users on my website can’t edit their posts after admin approves and publishes them.

When a custom users makes their own posts, they send them to the admin for review. After that, the admin reviews the user’s posts, approves/edits and publishes. When a users later log in to a dashboard, they cannot edit their own posts, but can only see it. Tey can’t see Mine’s filter, as if they haven’t made the posts.

Any solution?
