Sorry that you ran into issues here!
I’d start with a conflict test and see if that tells you something. I suspect it will, because a continue button not working smells very much like a conflict.

Try that and let me know what you find.
I did all that, nothing works.
No plugin has a conflict.
And I tried with the theme Twenty Twenty by wordpress itself but the bug still remains.
Strange. I would have expected that to have some impact.
OK, then I need more details. What do you mean by “users cannot post ads anymore”.
– How are you posting ads? As the admin, as the user themselves? Registered or anonymous?
– Is there some error message you see? Where do you get stuck (on what step)?
– Can you post a screenshot of that?
– What exact version of AWPCP are you running right now? Have you recently upgraded AWPCP to 4.x?

– There is no error message. I’m stuck at the moment when I chose the category and click on “continue”. Nothing happens
– I’m running the latest version of AWPCP and I upgrade everytime an update is available

I disabled it, and it still doesnt’ work.
