Yes, the registered/logged in users can manage their profile details, update their account details, change the password, and log out from the account.
Regarding your second query, sorry but it is not possible to do so. Only an admin can edit and update the user’s information from the admin dashboard but others cannot do that.

After users have submitted their form, I cannot see how they re-visit it to update it. Can you tell me how?

Hi @cmsplay,
After the completion of registration process, an email and user password are created. Using that login credentials users will be able to log in and see their own profile dashboard. And from the “Edit Profile” tab users can edit and update their information.
