Users Edit own posts?

    Just wondering how I can allow users to posted something via USP to go back and edit their post if they wanted to. The plugins you posted about don’t appear to work this way.
    I tried these out and none let the user edit only their own post.

    I logged in as someone else and was able to edit every post. I wouldn’t want that.

    Any chance this will be part of an update? Is it part of USP pro?

    It’s not a built-in feature of the free version, but it can be done with USP Pro, as explained here. By itself, that method will enable users to log in to the Admin Area and edit their own posts (without having access to anyone else’s posts). And it should work with any of the frontend plugins listed here, to do the same but keep the user on the front-end of the site.

    Hi Jeff,

    Ok thanks I will look into USP pro…I wanted users to have a limited back end, not the whole WP backend look. Or no back end, or their “own” back end.

    Hi jeff i just installed your plugin and it looks great! I’d like to know what the pro version gives to me but i cannot access the website, it always show me this error:

    Glad to help. I just checked and the site is up:

    That particular error I think is Chrome-specific, so you should be able to access using Firefox or some other browser. Let me know if you get in OK.
